Philadelphia Grand Jury required our services to develop their new website to promote and market their upcoming new album. The brief outlined a clear emphasis on multimedia, social networking and e-commerce as primary objectives as well as providing a vibrant web presence for fans. The website was designed by ChillyBin and developed for the WordPress content management system utilising the thesis framework and offers all content to be easily updatable either by the band or record company. Creative direction was taken from existing design elements for the album, and EP artworks. The Philly Jays site has integrated multimedia players for both video and audio, with each page featuring an XML based album player highlighting a selection of album tracks. An online store allows for their digital downloads & physical products to be purchased via credit-card and PayPal. As well as a complete social network integration with links to Twitter, Facebook, Myspace & more, ChillyBin has provided expertise and knowledge in online marketing, best practice & web consultancy. We have also integrated their customer/consumer relationship management system alongside a freshly designed email marketing newsletter.
Philadelphia Grand Jury has always been two friends: Berkfinger and MC Bad Genius. Between these two childhood buddies of some 20 years one observes a strange, tedious and sometimes very complicated relationship that always manages to somehow end up in a smart and ruff pop song.
