The Brief

Audrius Sveikys was looking to design a “jobs database” for domestic helpers around the Asia-pacific region, so he came to ChillyBin for help. The website needed to effectively attract domestic helpers, potential employers, and recruitment agencies. By doing so, Audrius Sveikys could position Local Helper as a leader in the industry while removing the middleman. The ultimate goals included being the number one choice for maids looking for jobs and the number one choice for people looking for maids. The new site would need to allow 1,000 maids to upload their profiles and enable a credit system that allows users to pay for service. In order to accomplish these goals, the website needed to improve regional reach and functionality.

The Solution

The new website was created for traditional and mobile platforms with an emphasis on the user. The new website makes it easy for domestic helpers to upload and update their profile information, which includes embedding video links from YouTube. Domestic helpers can easily communicate with each other in various ways on the website, while others can find and contact domestic helpers easily about a new job. All the information on the site is easy to access and easy to understand, encouraging visitors to make contact with relevant parties, while various marketing tools make it easy for users to communicate across multiple networks.
