IDENTIFY is a boutique executive search and selection firm that was in need of a brand new website to showcase various technologies and digital sectors, including industry sub-sectors. The new website needed to attract new candidates, reposition the brand to better appeal to technology companies, and position itself as a leader in the industry, ultimately providing credibility to potential partners. With an existing website, there was a place to start, but content needed to be trimmed, site loading time needed to be reduced across multiple platforms, and improved navigation needed to be created that would allow the user to flow through the site with very few clicks.
